These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Notre Armoire registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 882 046 923 and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.notrearmoire.com hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”. The term “we” in these general conditions of sale refers to Our Wardrobe.

Article 1: object

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Notre Armoire and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.notrearmoire.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.notrearmoire.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing it to commit to these general conditions of sale.

Gift card specifics:

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The desired amount can be selected from those offered on the site. Customers can also contact Notre Armoire if they wish to order a gift card for an amount not available on the website.

We retain the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of our site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those which appear on the company's website www.notrearmoire.com while stocks last. We reserve the right to change the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description listing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the site is intended for all buyers residing in countries which fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.

Article 3. Prices

The prices appearing on the product sheets in the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) net to be paid (VAT not applicable). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. In the rest of the world, for any order greater than or equal to €250, shipping costs are free.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of their choice. The liability of the bank card holder is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the card holder must contest, in writing, the debit with their bank, within 70 days following the transaction, or even 120 days. if the contract binding him to it so provides. The amounts withdrawn are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute filed by the holder. No costs for returning the sums may be charged to the holder.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership

We retain full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.

Article 6. Withdrawal

The buyer has a period of fifteen days from delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return costs and shipping costs. shipping of the original order. The returned product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale with all labels attached and possibly hygienic stickers.

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by Colissimo (in mainland France, Andorra and Monaco). They are carried out by Delivengo in the rest of the world. They can also be carried out by Mondial Relay in France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. Article 8. Guarantee

All products supplied by Notre Armoire benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to Notre Armoire who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post within fifteen days after delivery.

Article 9. Liability
